No Operand List Shown When Doing Add Aggregate in Level Break Footer in JDE 9.1 ,9.2

Not able to see Sequenced column in the　 dropdown to include total on Amount open field on Level Break Footer.

This issue persist in WIS JDE 9.1 as well .Then tried to replicate this issue in Demo 9.1　 ,we are able to see sequenced column in the dropdown.
